We will instead work out a quote with the best price possible based on the nature, complexity, content, language combination, length and deadline of each specific job. We are confident that you will find our prices very competitive.

We can of course give you an estimate for any aspect of foreign language work but a firm quotation can only be given once the details (or sample document in the case of translation) have been received.

Should you find that you have an ongoing need for many small jobs we can, by arrangement, set up a "rolling account" with an upper credit limit so that you avoid paying the minimum charges for each job that are common in the industry.

Basis for pricing:

• Translations (including proofreading) and layout work are priced per thousand words of text in the original document.
• Interpreting, training and consulting are priced on an hourly rate plus any agreed expenses.

All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
